•Data Upload & Analysis: You'll work on Interpreting  data, analyzing the whole results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. 

•Customer Success Team enablement: Work closely with Sr. CSMs and CSMs to support their portfolio of accounts and improve org. wide customer retention.
